Lovely venue,drinks ridiculously priced Pint of lager 4.80! 1 shot of sourz was 4.00!Apart from bar prices all in all great place to stay.
Was only staying over for 1 night, but location really suited me. Although rooms getting slightly dated, they are comfortable and spacious. Bed good and had a good nights rest. Also had food at hotel, a good set menu option for 2 or 3 course that is good value as well as a can order from general menu which is not big, but enough and food quality was good. Spa and pool on site is great. Overall good stay for reasonable price and would use again.
Went here after a works Christmas party as they have a very late bar. Place was nice and clean, staff were friendly. Work colleagues from down south/Midlands had rooms booked and said they were very good value rooms for the price they paid.
Been to several weddings here and the staff are lovely. I photographed a wedding and my interactions with the wedding planner where very professional and she was lovely. I live close by so a few weeks ago my friend and I took her dog for a late night walk, around 10pm. We ended up getting a Bailey's hot chocolate and sitting outside with the dog and it was lovely with the Christmas lights up. The staff brought our drinks out too as we had the dog.
Beautiful hotel.We stayed here for the night while travelling from the south to collect our puppy. Had a great nights sleep. Good food and great service.Will definitely go back, if were in the area for our second dog (in a couple of years).We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express over the road previously. Absolutely no competition for Suites Hotel. The extra spend is definitely worth it!
