Rooms a little basic but functional for the few days I was there for work. Are first night there for food a little disappointing with choice but ok. Staff very helpful and happy to help where possible. Refurbishment work going on while there but Contractors courtesy and quiet Would def stay again for the price was very good
Had a bad stay here. The beds are far too soft and small. Were a tall couple (6ft 2 and 6ft 5). The rooms were extremely hot with an old worn out fan to blow the hot air around.Food wasnt good. Service was okay. Would likely only stay here again if the Suites Hotel across the road was sold out.
A great place to stay just out side Liverpool city centre. We enjoyed our stay the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was spot on, a buffet style system that worked well. The food was fresh ,hot and well presented. Couldn't fault the place for value for money.
Staff at the hotel are lovely. We have stayed here a few times and its nice staff remembered us. Hotel is very clean...room was spacious, comunal areas clean and welcoming. Breakfast is great. Staff cant do enough for you.
24/10/2018: First time stay for a single night during business trip. Staff extremely friendly and explained everything. Room very spacious, probably one of the most spacious Holiday Inn I have stayed in. Room was clean and tidy.Bad points:Stain on cover for sofa bedShower head was literally switching from cold to hotNo hair body wash, container emptyOtherwise would have been 5 stars.
