Dont even want to give 1 star ...big con ....ordered a pack of two bra ...only 1 sent ...E mailed chums and told them please send the other bra .....their response was for me to send another 7 pound ... do not order a pack of two bra as you will be as dissapoited as i was .... advertizing is a joke ...load of robbers
It took 2 months from my order for some of the goods ordered to be delivered. Part of the problem was that I was ordering for elderly relatives so couldn't monitor exactly what was happening regarding delivery. But the main difficulty was with Hermes who repeatedly issued address queries rather than make a delivery to what has been the correct address for my relatives in a prominent city street for the last 50 years. All of my contacts with customer services staff at Chums have been good (hence 2 stars - otherwise it would be none), but I have had to take the initiative at each stage to get refunds, first for a failed express delivery, then for items not included in the parcel and finally for a collect+ return. Communications from Chums regarding the ordering, non-delivery and returns have been non-existent. This isn't the first time I have has non-delivery problems with Hermes - they are not doing Chums reputation any good at all in my experience.
